1. Easiest Chicken Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・4.6 oz (130g) Chow mein noodles
・3.5 oz (100g) Chicken
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1 oz (30g) Carrot
・1 oz (30g) Chinese chive
・1 oz (30g) Green onion
Chicken seasoning
・1 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Grated ginger
・1/2 tsp Grated garlic
・1 tsp Sesame oil (for noodles)
・1 tsp Sesame oil (for stir-frying)
・1 tbsp Oyster sauce
・1/2 tbsp Chicken stock powder
・1/2 tbsp Sake
・1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
Direction
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken with sake, soy sauce, grated ginger, and garlic.
2. Cut vegetables into small pieces.
3. Boil water in a large pot. Cook noodles. Drain the hot water, and wash noodles well with cold water.
4. Transfer the noodles to a pan. Warm up a little and add 1 tsp oil. Stir-fry the noodles in oil, tossing them well. Remove once to a plate.
5. Stir-fry chicken and green onion with a little oil. Add carrot and onion. When carrot and onion get soft and chicken is almost cooked, add Chinese chive. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add noodles. Stir to combine. Add oyster sauce, chicken stock powder, sake, and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
Ready to eat!
2. Eggplant & Ground Meat Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・4.6 oz (130g) Chow mein noodles
・4.2 oz (120g) Ground pork or Your favorite meat
・2 oz (60g) Eggplant
・1.4 oz (40g) Bell pepper
・1 oz (30g) Green onion (white part)
・1 clove of Garlic
・4-5 thin slices of Ginger
・1 tsp Sesame oil (for noodles)
Before adding noodles
・1 tsp Sesame oil (for stir-frying)
・1 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
After adding noodles
・2 tsp Soy sauce
・1.5 tsp Gochujang
・1 tsp Chicken stock powder
・1/2 tsp Sugar
Topping
・Minced green onion
Direction
1. Mince ginger, garlic, and green onion. Cut eggplant and bell pepper into bite-size pieces.
2. Boil water in a large pot. Cook noodles. Drain the hot water, and wash noodles well with cold water.
3. Transfer the noodles to a pan. Warm up a little and add 1 tsp oil. Stir-fry the noodles in oil, tossing them well. Remove once to a plate.
4. Oil the pan. Cook ground pork with minced ginger, garlic, and green onion (white part).
5. When meat is almost cooked, add eggplant. Stir-fry for a while, then add sake, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
6. When eggplant get soft, add noodles and bell pepper. Season them with additional soy sauce, sugar, gochujang, chicken stock powder. Stir to combine.

3. Prawn & Broccoli Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・4.6 oz (130g) Chow mein noodles
・3.5 oz (100g) Prawn
・3.5 oz (100g) Broccoli
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1 tsp Sesame oil (for noodles)
Prawn seasoning
・2 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger
Before adding noodles
・1 tsp Oil (for stir-frying)
・1 tsp Oyster sauce
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
After adding noodles
・1 tsp Dashi powder (Hondashi)
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
Direction
1. Vein the prawn, and season them with sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Cut broccoli into tiny pieces, and shred onion.
2. Boil water in a large pot. Cook noodles. Drain the hot water, and wash noodles well with cold water.
3. Transfer the noodles to a pan. Warm up a little and add 1 tsp oil. Stir-fry the noodles in oil, tossing them well. Remove once to a plate.
4. Cook prawn and vegetables with a little oil. Add oyster sauce, salt and pepper. When prawn is cooked, take them out from pan once.
5. When vegetables are cooked, add noodles. Season them with dashi powder, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir to combine and put the prawn back in the pan.
Ready to eat!
4. Curry Style Chow Mein Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・4.6 oz (130g) Chow mein noodles
・2.8 oz (80g) Sausage
・2 oz (60g) Cabbage
・2 oz (60g) Onion
・1.4 oz (40g) Carrot
・1 tsp Sesame oil (for noodles)
Before adding noodles
・1 tsp Oil (for stir-frying)
・1 tsp Curry powder
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
After adding noodles
・2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
・1 tsp Curry powder
・1 tsp Chicken stock powder
Topping
・Sausage
・Fried egg
Direction
1. Cut vegetables and sausage into small pieaces.
2. Boil water in a large pot. Cook noodles. Drain the hot water, and wash noodles well with cold water.
3. Transfer the noodles to a pan. Warm up a little and add 1 tsp oil. Stir-fry the noodles in oil, tossing them well. Remove once to a plate.
4. Cook vegetables with a little oil. When they get soft, add sausage. Stir-fry, and add curry powder, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
5. Add noodles. Season it with additional curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken stock powder. Stir to combine.
