1. Immune Boosting Beef Bowl
Ingredients (2 servings)
Beef
・7 oz (200g) Thinly sliced beef
・1 tsp Grated garlic☆
・A pinch of Salt☆
・Black pepper (More is better!)☆
・1 tsp Soy sauce☆
・1 tsp Sake☆
・1 tsp Flour
・1 tsp Oil
・1 tsp Sake
Sauce
・2 tsp Minced garlic
・2 tsp Minced ginger
・2 tbsp Soy sauce★
・1.5 tbsp Sugar★
・1 tbsp Mirin★
・1/2 tsp Miso paste★
・A pinch of Chili pepper (Nanami togarashi)★
Rice
・11.6 oz (330g) Cooked rice
・2 tsp Sesame oil◇
・2 tbsp Minced bell pepper◇
・2 tbsp Minced shiso◇
・1-2 tsp Shredded ginger◇
Topping
・Minced green onion
・Crashed almonds
Direction
1. Mix ☆ with beef and rub well. Form into small hamburger patties. Sprinkle flour on one side.
2. Oil the pan, and cook floured side down, until lightly browned. Turn over, and drizzle a little sake on them. Cover and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Take it out once.
3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan with the juices still in it. Stir-fry slightly until the smells come out. Add ★ and bring to a boil for 20 seconds and stir well. Return meat to pan. Cook over low heat for 1 minute to coat the meat with the sauce.
4. Mix cooked rice with ◇.
5. Serve mixed rice in a bowl and place the meat on top of it. Top with green onions and crushed almonds, if desired.
2. Tomato Oyakodon (Chicken & Egg Bowl)
Ingredients (2 servings)
・Rice (as much as you want)
・7 oz (200g) Chicken
・3.5 oz (100g) Tomato
・1 oz (30g) Carrot
・1 oz (30g) Onion
・Mitsuba (optional)
・3 tbsp Water☆
・1 tbsp Soy sauce☆
・1 tbsp Sake☆
・1 tbsp Mirin☆
・1/2 tsp Dashi powder☆
・2 Eggs
Direction
1. Shred carrot and onion. Cut chicken and tomato into small pieces.
2. Put ☆ in a small frying pan. Mix and bring to a boil. Add carrot, onion, and chicken. Simmer until chicken is cooked.
3. When chicken is almost cooked, and the sauce is reduced, add tomato and beaten egg.
4. When eggs are almost cooked add mitsuba as you like.
5. Serve rice in a bowl and top with chicken and egg.
