1. Egg Rolled in Meat Bento Recipe

・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
Egg rolled in meat
・2 Eggs
・2.8 oz (80g) Thinly sliced pork
・Salt and pepper
・1/2 tbsp Flour
・1 tsp Oil

・1 tbsp Mirin

・2 oz (60g) Sweet potato
・2 tbsp Oil
・1 tbsp Water
・2/3 tsp Sugar
・1/4 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Black sesame seeds

Direction
1. [Egg rolled in meat] Boil eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes, and make soft-boiled eggs.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on thinly sliced pork. Wrap boiled egg with pork. Coat them with flour. Fry them with a little oil, then pour [★]. Toss sauce while simmering.
3. [Sweet-soy sauce broccoli] Cut broccoli and cook them in microwave at 500W for about 40 seconds. Mix it with bonito flakes, soy sauce, and honey.
4. [Candied sweet potato] Cut sweet potato into bite-sized. Cook them in microwave at 500W for about 1 minute. Fry in oil for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
5. Put water, sugar, and soy sauce in pan. Add fried sweet potato. Toss sauce while simmering.

2. Meat Balls & Egg Cabbage Salad Bento Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
Japanese-style meat balls
・7 oz (200g) Ground pork or Ground beef
・2 tbsp Panko (breadcrumbs)
・2 tsp Potato starch or Corn starch
・1 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・Salt and pepper
・Garlic powder
Sauce★
・2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
・1.5 tbsp Ketchup
・1 tsp Stock powder (consomme)
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Butter
・0.6 cup (150ml) Water
Egg cabbage salad
・1 Egg
・1/2 tsp Mayonnaise
・1 tsp Oil
・2.8 oz (80g) Cabbage
・Salt and pepper
・1 tsp Rice vinegar
・1/2 tsp Honey
・1/3 tsp Chicken stock powder
Topping for rice
・Fried egg
・Furikake
Direction
1. [Japanese-style meat balls] Mix ground pork with panko, potato starch, sake, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Knead well.
2. Form into small balls. Add [★] in pan, and make it boil. Add meat balls. Cook until sauce is nice and thick on meatballs.
3. [Egg cabbage salad] Cut cabbage into bite-sized. Stir-fry in pan until soft. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Let it cool.
4. Mix egg and mayonnaise in bowl. Make scrambled egg. Let it cool.
5. Put cabbage and scrambled egg in bowl. Season it with rice vinegar, honey, and chicken stock powder. Add black pepper as you like.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)
Garlic-soy butter fried rice
・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・1 oz (30g) Ham slices
・1 tsp Butter
・Half clove of Garlic
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce
・Salt and pepper
Omelette
・2 Eggs
・2 tsp Milk
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of Salt
・1 tsp Oil
Stir-fried pork
・2.8 oz (80g) Pork
・2.8 oz (80g) Cabbage
・1 oz (30g) Carrot
・1 tsp Oil
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar
・Salt and pepper
Seasoning for meat
・2 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Grated ginger
Topping for rice
・Ketchup
Direction
1. [Garlic-soy fried rice] Heat garlic slices and butter in pan. Add cooked rice and minced ham. When it’s fried well, add soy sauce.
2. [Omelette] Mix egg with milk, sugar, and salt. Oil pan, and make omelette.
3. [Stir-fried pork] Cut pork into bite-sized. Season it with sake, soy sauce, and grated ginger in advance.
4. Stir-fry cabbage and carrot until soft. Add seasoned pork. Stir-fry for a while, and add more soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
