4 Easy 15 Min Japanese Style Fried Rice Recipes – Better Than Takeout!

1. Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・7 oz (200g) Cooked rice (Cook short rice with less water.)
・2 oz (60g) Kimchi
・0.7 oz (20g) Chinese chive

・2 oz (60g) Ground pork or beef
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger
・1/2 tsp Sake
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce

・1 Egg
・1 tbsp Sesame oil
・1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder

・Salt and pepper

Direction

1. Mince kimchi and Chinese chive.

2. Put ground pork, grated ginger, sake, and soy sauce in a pan. Cook until the meat changes color. Take out the meat once.

3. Oil the pan, and put beaten egg. Place the rice on top of the egg and fry so that the eggs and rice are mixed together.

4. Add kimchi, Chinese chive, and meat. Season them with chicken stock powder. Stir to combine.

5. Use a kitchen torch to lightly char the skin.

6. Add salt and pepper as needed.

Ready to eat!

2. Miso Butter Salmon Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・7 oz (200g) Cooked rice (Cook short rice with less water.)
・2 oz (60g) Salmon
・0.7 oz (20g) Green onion
・1 Egg
・2 tsp Butter
・1 tsp Oil

Sauce★
・2 tsp Miso paste
・1/2 tbsp Sugar
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Dashi granules
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger
・1/3 tsp Grated garlic

・Salt and pepper

Direction

1. Mince green onion.

2. Cook salmon with butter in a pan. When the salmon is cooked to some extent, remove bones and skin of salmon. Take out the salmon once.

3. Oil the pan, and put beaten egg. Place the rice on top of the egg and fry so that the eggs and rice are mixed together.

4. Add salmon and green onion. Season them with the sauce [★]. Stir to combine.

5. Use a kitchen torch to lightly char the skin.

6. Add salt and pepper as needed.

3. Prawn Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・7 oz (200g) Cooked rice (Cook short rice with less water.)

・2 oz (60g) Prawn
・1 tsp Sake
・A pinch of Salt

・1 oz (30g) Lettuce
・1 Egg
・1.5 tbsp Oil
・1/2 tbsp Chicken stock powder
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger
・Salt and pepper

Direction

1. Cut lettuce into bite-size pieces. Put sake and salt on raw prawn, and stir to combine.

2. Cook prawn in a pan, and take out them once.

3. Oil the pan, and put beaten egg. Place the rice on top of the egg and fry so that the eggs and rice are mixed together.

4. Add lettuce and prawn. Season them with chicken stock powder, grated ginger, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

5. Use a kitchen torch to lightly char the skin.

4. Authentic Japanese Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・1.4 oz (40g) Ham
・1 oz (30g) Green onion (White part is better)
・1 Egg
・1.5 tbsp Oil
・A pinch of MSG
・A pinch of White pepper
・Salt and pepper

Direction

1. Mince green onion and ham.

2. Oil the pan, and put beaten egg. Place the rice on top of the egg and fry so that the eggs and rice are mixed together.

3. Add green onion and ham. Season them with MSG, salt, black pepper, and white pepper. Stir to combine.

4. Use a kitchen torch to lightly char the skin.
