1. Creamy Miso Spaghetti with Scallops & Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・3.5 oz (100g) Spaghetti
・2.8 oz (80g) Scallops
・2.8 oz (80g) Asparagus
・2 oz (60g) Onion
・1 oz (30g) Carrot
・2 tsp Butter
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
Cream sauce★
・0.4 cup (100ml) Heavy cream
・0.4 cup (100ml) Milk
・2 tsp Miso paste
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar
・1/2 tsp Stock powder
To boil spaghetti
・Water
・2 tsp-1tbsp Salt
Topping
・Parmesan cheese
Direction
1. Cook scallops with butter (half of them). Sprinkle salt and pepper. Remove from the pot once. Stir-fry shredded onion in the same pot.
2. Add asparagus and the rest of butter when onion get soft. Season them with salt and pepper.
3. Add [★] to the pot. Boil down a little.
4. Boil spaghetti and carrot. Add them to the pot. Put scallops back in the pot too. Stir to combine.
Ready to eat!
2. Soy Garlic Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・2.8 oz (80g) Spaghetti
・3.5 oz (100g) Chicken thigh
・2 oz (60g) Spinach
・1 clove of Garlic
・Chili pepper
・1 tbsp Olive oil
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
Chicken seasoning★
・2 tsp Sake
・2 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar
To boil spaghetti
・Water
・2 tsp-1tbsp Salt
Direction
1. Remove strings and excess fat from chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Grill chicken skin side down in a pan over medium heat for 8 minutes. When the skin is golden brown, turn over and cook the other side for 2 minutes. Add sauce [★]. Cook for 1-2 minute to coat the chicken with the sauce. Turn off heat and let residual heat completely cook through.
3. Boil spaghetti, and spinach separately. Put olive oil in a pan, and warm minced garlic. Add minced chili pepper. Fry for a while on low heat to transfer the aroma of chilies and garlic to the oil.
4. Add spaghetti and spinach to the pan with garlic and chilies. Remove chicken from pan and cut into pieces. Put all the sauce from the pan the chicken was in into the pan of spaghetti. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper as needed.
5. Place spaghetti on a plate, and top with chicken.

3. Egg Naporitan Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・2.8 oz (80g) Spaghetti
・1.7 oz (50g) Sausage
・2.8 oz (80g) Onion
・1.4 oz (40g) Carrot
・0.7 oz (20g) Green bell pepper
・2 tsp Olive oil
・1 tsp Butter
Ketchup sauce★
・4 tbsp Ketchup
・1 tbsp Sake
・1/2 tbsp Sugar
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Stock powder
Topping
・1 Egg
・A pinch of Sugar
・1/2 tsp Oil
To boil spaghetti

Direction
1. Slice onion and sausage. Shred carrot and green bell pepper. Stir-fry onion and carrot with oil. When they get soft, add sausage and stir-fry for a while. Add sauce [★] and green bell pepper. Boil down a little.
2. Boil spaghetti. Add the spaghetti and butter to the sauce. Stir to combine.
3. Make open faced omelette.
4. Place spaghetti on a plate, and top with omelette.

4. Garlic Butter Soy Spaghetti with Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・2.8 oz (80g) Spaghetti
・4.5 oz (130g) Broccoli
・3.5 oz (100g) Shrimp
・1 clove of Garlic
・1 tsp Olive oil
・4 tsp Butter
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
・A pinch of Dashi powder (Hondashi)
Shrimp seasoning★
・2 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Ginger paste
・1/3 tsp Garlic paste
To boil spaghetti
・Water
・2 tsp-1tbsp Salt

1. Season the shrimp with [★]. Cook shrimp with oil and minced garlic (half of them). Once cooked, take it out.
2. Add half butter and the rest of minced garlic to the same pan. Stir-fry broccoli. Season it with dashi powder, salt and pepper.
3. Boil spaghetti. Add the spaghetti, the rest of butter, soy sauce, and sugar to the pan. Stir to combine.
