1. Ham & Egg Rice Bowl

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・1 Egg
・1.7 oz (50g) Cabbage
・2 Ham slices
・1/2 tsp Oil
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
・1 tsp Mayonnaise
・1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Direction

1. Shred cabbage.

2. Bake ham slices, and make fried egg.

3. Put rice on bowl. Put shredded cabbage, season it with mayonnaise, salt and pepper as you like. Then, put fried egg. Pour Worcestershire sauce when eating.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・1 Egg
・1/2 tsp Sesame oil
・1.5 tsp Butter
・1 tbsp Minced green onion
・1-2 tbsp Dried bonito flakes
・1-2 tbsp Minced nori seaweed
・1 tsp Soy sauce

Direction

1. Prepare toppings. Mince green onion and nori seaweed.

・1 Egg

・1.4 oz (40g) Sausage
・1 oz (30g) Cherry tomato or Tomato
・0.7 oz (20g) Baby leaf lettuce or Your favorite green
・Salt and pepper

Salad dressing
・2 tsp Rice vinegar
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar

Direction

1. Cut cherry tomato into half. Put it in bowl with baby leaf lettuce. Season them with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・1 Egg
・1/2 tsp Oil
・1.7 oz (50g) Spinach
・1 oz (30g) Bacon
・1 tsp Butter
・1 tsp Soy sauce

Direction

1. Chop spinach, and boil in plenty of water because Japanese spinach has harsh taste. Please skip boiling step if you use baby spinach.

2. Slice bacon, and saute it with boiled spinach in pan. Add butter and soy sauce. Stir to combine.

3. Make fried egg.

4. Put rice on bowl. Put sauteed bacon and spinach on top. Then, put fried egg.

Hollandaise sauce

・1 tbsp Mayonnaise
・1 tbsp Butter
・Salt and pepper

Direction

1. Melt butter in microwave. Mix it with egg yolk, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Stir to combine to make Hollandaise sauce.
