1. 2 Kinds of Salmon Rice Balls (Onigiri) Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
・12 oz (330g) Cooked rice
・2.8 oz (80g) Salmon
・Salt
・Nori seaweed
・1.4 oz (40g) Cucumber
・2 sheets of Shiso leaves
・1 Egg
・1/3 tsp Sugar
・1/2 tsp Oil
・White sesame seeds
Sushi vinegar (for 6 oz Cooked rice)
・2 tsp (10g) Rice vinegar
・1 tsp (5g) Sugar
・A pinch of (1.5g) Salt
Direction
1. Cook salmon (sprinkle salt as needed), and make salmon flaks. Keep it in two parts.
2. Thinly slice cucumber, and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for a while until water comes out.
3. Make hard scrambled egg with sugar.
4. Squeeze water out of cucumbers.
5. Make sushi vinegar with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Microwave it and stir to combine.
6. Divide cooked rice into 4 equal portions. [Simple salmon rice balls] Wet your hands with a little water and spread salt over your entire palm. Make 2 rice balls with salmon flakes in middle. Wrap them in nori seaweed as you like.
7. [Salmon sushi rice balls] Add sushi vinegar to rest of rice. Add rest of salmon flakes, cucumber, egg, shredded shiso, and ground white sesame. Mix well, and make rice balls.
Ready to eat!
2. Salmon Miso Soup Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
・2.8 oz (80g) Salmon
・1.7 oz (50g) Daikon
・1.4 oz (40g) Potato
・1.4 oz (40g) Carrot
・1 tsp Sesame oil
・1.7 cup (400ml) Water
・2 tbsp Miso paste
・1/2 tsp Dashi granule (Hondashi)
Topping
・Minced green onion
・Butter
Direction
1. Cut salmon and vegetables into small pieces.
2. Fry salmon with oil. Once salmon is removed from pan, stir-fry vegetables.
3. Add water and simmer until vegetables get soft. Add salmon. Simmer for a while.
4. Dissolve miso paste. Stir to combine.
Ready to eat!
3. Salmon Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
・5.3 oz (150g) Spaghetti
・1 tbs Salt
・3.5 oz (100g) Salmon
・1 tsp Butter
・Salt and pepper
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・4 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Butter
・2 tsp Bouillon cube
・2 tsp Sugar
Topping
・1-2 tsp Sesame seeds
・4 sheets of Shiso leaves
・Black pepper
Direction
1. Cook spaghetti with salt.
2. Fry salmon with butter. Cook onion as well.
3. Add spaghetti, soy sauce, more butter, bouillon cube, and sugar.
4. Stir to combine.
Ready to eat!
4. Baked Miso Salmon Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・3.5 oz (100g) Salmon
・1 tsp Butter
・1 tbsp Mayonnaise
・1 tsp Miso paste
・1 tsp Honey
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
Topping
・Green salad
・Rice
Direction
1. Mix mayonnaise, miso, honey, soy sauce, and ground sesame.
2. Put miso sauce on salmon. Place butter on top.
3. Bake in oven at 356°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Ready to eat!
5. Salmon Sashimi Rice Bowl Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・4.5 oz (130g) Salmon (for raw eating)
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tbsp Sake
・1/2 tbsp Sugar
・1/2 tbsp Mirin
・2 tsp Sesame oil
・1/2 tsp Dashi granule (Hondashi)
・1/2 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
・1/3 tsp Grated garlic
・1/3 tsp Grated ginger
Topping
・Shiso leaves
・Minced green onion
・Egg yolk
Direction
1. Slice salmon into small pieces.
2. Make marinade sauce with soy sauce, sake, sugar, mirin, sesame oil, dashi, sesame, grated garlic, and ginger.
3. Marinate salmon in marinade sauce for 30 minutes. Flip the salmon over on the way.
4. Put rice on bowl, put salmon sashimi on top.

6. Deep-fried Salmon with Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
・5.6 oz (160g) Salmon
・Salt and pepper
・1 tbsp Flour
・1 Egg
・1/2 tbsp Sake
・1 oz (30g) Panko (Bread crumbs)
・Oil for deep-frying
Tartar sauce
・1 Boiled egg
・1-2 tbsp Minced onion
・A pinch of Salt
・2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise
・1 tsp Parmesan cheese
・Salt and pepper
Direction
1. Wipe off moisture from salmon.
2. Sprinkle salt on salmon. Coat it with flour.
3. Mix beaten egg with sake. Coat salmon with beaten egg, then panko as well.
4. Deep-fry for 3 minutes on each side.
5. [Tartar sauce] Mince onion. Sprinkle salt. Leave it for a while and let it soak in water. Drain water, and pat it dry with paper towel.
6. Mash boiled egg. Mix it with minced onion, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
