1. Easiest Poke Bowl Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・6 oz (170g) Cooked rice
・2.8 oz (80g) Tuna
・Half of Avocado
・1 tbsp Minced green onion
・2 sheets Shiso leaves (optional)
Sauce
・1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1/2 tsp Wasabi paste
Sushi vinegar
・2 tsp Rice vinegar

Direction
1. Dice tuna and avocado.
2. Put ingredients (tuna, avocado, green onion, and shredded shiso leaves) in bowl. Add wasabi, soy sauce, and mirin. Stir to combine. Place in refrigerator for 10-20 minutes to soak up flavors.
3. Mix rice vinegar with sugar and salt. Heat in microwave to dissolve.
4. Mix vinegar mixture with cooked rice. Let sushi rice cool.
5. Dish up sushi rice in bowl, and put tuna mixture. Sprinkle more green onion as you like.

2. Salmon Sushi Bowl Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・6 oz (170g) Cooked rice
・2.8 oz (80g) Salmon
・1 tbsp Salmon roe
Marinade sauce
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tbsp Sake
・1/2 tbsp Mirin
・1/3 tsp Grated garlic
・1/3 tsp Grated ginger
Sushi vinegar
・2 tsp Rice vinegar
・2 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of (1.5g) Salt
Topping
・Lemon slices

Direction
1. Slice salmon. Make marinade sauce with soy sauce, sake, mirin, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Soak salmon slices in sauce for 10-20 minutes.

Direction

・1.7 oz (50g) Natto
・1 oz (30g) Squid sashimi
・1 oz (30g) Okra
