Direction

1. Cut asparagus into pieces about the same size as the width of the bacon.

2. Wrap 2-3 asparagus with bacon.

3. Make batter with flour, water, and egg. Coat bacon asparagus with batter, then panko.

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)

・7 oz (200g) Chinese cabbage
・2.8 oz (80g) Bacon

Soup★
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・2 tbsp Sake or White wine
・1 tsp Consomme or Other stock powder
・1 tsp Dashi granules or Other stock powder
・1 tsp Salt
・Black pepper

Direction

1. Cut Chinese cabbage leaves in half lengthwise. Boil them for 3 minutes.

2. Layer two slices of Chinese cabbage. Place one piece of bacon on top of it. Roll up the Chinese cabbage from the core side.

3. Put them in a pot. Pour water and seasonings for the soup [★]. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Direction

・3.5 oz (100g) Green beans
・1.7 oz (50g) Enoki mushrooms
・1.4 oz (40g) Bacon

Direction

1. Cut green beans and enoki mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Shred bacon.

2. Stir- fry bacon. When oil comes out of the bacon, add green beans.

3. When green beans are almost cooked, add enoki mushrooms. Season them with soy sauce and sugar.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・Your favorite bread
・5.3 oz (150g) Thick-cut bacon
・1 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar

・Avocado
・2-3 Lettuce leaves
・Mayonnaise
・Mustard

Direction

1. Cook thick-cut bacon in pan. Season it with sake, soy sauce, and sugar.

2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on bread. Put lettuce, bacon, and avocado.

3. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for a few minutes. When the bread and ingredients are well blended, cut in half with a knife.
