1. Dan Dan Noodles (Tantanmen) Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・1 pack of Instant ramen

Stir-fried meat
・2 oz (60g) Ground pork
・2 tsp Minced green onion
・1 tsp Minced garlic
・1 tsp Minced ginger
・1 tsp Sesame oil
・1/2-1 tsp Doubanjiang (Chinese broad bean chili paste)
・2 tsp Sake
・2 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar

Soup
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・2 tbsp Peanut butter
・1 tbsp Miso paste
・1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
・1/2 tbsp Ground sesame
・1 tsp Chicken stock powder (or Other type of stock powder)
・1/2 tsp Rice vinegar

Topping
・1 oz (30g) Bok choy
・Thinly sliced white part of green onion
・Chili oil

Direction

1. Break up bok choy into individual pieces. Microwave amount you want for toppings. (500W, 1 minute)

2. Oil pan. Put doubanjiang, minced garlic, ginger, green onion. When aroma comes up, put meat in.

3. Add sake, soy sauce, and sugar into meat. Stir to combine, and simmer until all liquid is absorbed.

4. Put water in pot. Bring to a boil and add instant noodles. Once the noodles are loosened (after 1-2 minute), add peanut butter mixture. Stir to combine. When noodles are cooked, place in a bowl. 

5. Put stir-fried meat, bok choy, and pour chili oil as you like. Put white part of green onion on meat.

Ready to eat!

2. Super Quick Miso Ramen Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・1 pack of Instant ramen

Soup
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・1 tbsp Miso paste (rice miso)
・1/2 tbsp Miso paste (soybean miso)
・2 tsp Sugar
・1.5 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder (or Other type of stock powder)
・1/2 tsp Grated garlic
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger

Topping
・Boiled egg
・Minced green onion
・Chashu pork
・Corn
・Seasoned bamboo shoots

Direction

1. [Soft-boiled egg for topping] Cook eggs right out of the refrigerator in boiling water for 7 minutes. Immediately transfer to ice water and shell once cooled.

2. [Miso ramen] Mix 2 types of miso paste, soy sauce, sugar, chicken stock powder, grated garlic, and ginger.

3. Put water in pot. Bring to a boil and add instant noodles. Once the noodles are loosened (after 1-2 minute), add miso mixture. Stir to combine. When noodles are cooked, place in a bowl.

・3.5 oz (100g) Bok choy
・1 oz (30g) Bacon
・1 oz (30g) Onion
・1 tsp Oil

Soup
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・0.4 cup (100ml) Milk
・1 attached ramen powder

Topping
・Boiled egg

Direction

1. [Soft-boiled egg for topping] Cook eggs right out of the refrigerator in boiling water for 7 minutes. Immediately transfer to ice water and shell once cooled.

2. [Milk ramen] Oil pot, and stir-fry bok choy and onion.

3. Add water. When it boils, add bacon and milk. Then, add instant noodles and attached ramen powder. When noodles are cooked, place in a bowl.

4. Addictive Spicy Ramen Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・1 pack of Instant ramen
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・2 oz (60g) Ground pork
・1 oz (30g) Chinese chive
・1 oz (30g) Onion
・1 tsp Minced garlic
・1 Egg
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・2 tsp Chicken stock powder (or Other type of stock powder)
・2 tsp Doubanjiang (Chinese broad bean chili paste)
・2 tsp Sesame oil
・1 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of Salt
・A pinch of Cayenne pepper powder

Direction

1. Cut Chinese chive and onion into small pieces.

2. Oil pot, put minced garlic, and stir-fry ground pork. Add salt, doubanjiang, and onion. Stir-fry for a while.

3. Add water. Add chicken stock powder, soy sauce, and sugar. Check taste, and add cayenne pepper powder as you like.

4. When it boils, add Chinese chive and noodles. Once the noodles are loosened (after 1-2 minute), add beaten egg. Stir to combine. When noodles are cooked, place in a bowl.

5. Spicy Cold Ramen Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・1 pack of Instant ramen
・Water for boiling ramen

Chicken
・3.5 oz (100g) Chicken tender
・Salt and pepper
・1 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Attached ramen powder

Sauce★
・1 Ice
・1 tbsp Water
・1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
・1 tbsp Sesame oil
・1 tsp Attached ramen powder
・1 tsp Ketchup
・1 tsp Miso paste
・1 tsp Rice vinegar
・1 tsp Sugar

Topping
・1 oz (30g) Cucumber
・Kimchi
・Fried egg

Direction

1. Remove tendon from chicken tender.

2. Pour sake and sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Cook it in microwave for 1-2 minutes at 500W.

3. When chicken is cool, tear by hands. Season it with 1 tsp of attached ramen powder.

4. Mix all of seasonings of ★. Cook noodles with boiling water as indicated. After draining hot water, wash with water quickly and cool in ice water for few seconds. Drain cold water, and toss with sauce.

5. For topping, shred cucumber, and make fried egg. Dish up cold noodles and put chickenm cucumber, fried egg, and kimchi as you like.

6. Japanese Chow Main (Yakisoba) Recipe

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・1 pack of Instant ramen
・Water for boiling ramen
・2 oz (60g) Sausage
・2 oz (60g) Cabbage
・1 oz (30g) Green bell pepper
・1 oz (30g) Carrot
・1 tsp Oil
・2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
・2 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Oyster sauce
・1 tsp Soy sauce

Topping
・Fried egg
・Red pickled ginger

Direction

1. Cut vegetables into bite-sized, and slice sauce.

2. Stir-fry cabbage and carrot with oil first. When they get soft, add green bell pepper and sausage.

3. Season it with 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp sugar. Remove from frying pan once.

4. Cook noodles with boiling water. Drain hot water in about half of the indicated time.

5. Put noodles in pan, and return vegetables and sausage to pan. Before you light the fire, add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce,1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp oyster sauce. Stir to combine, and stir-fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.

6. Dish up noodles. Make fried egg, and put it on noodles.
