1. Meat-wrapped Onion Rings Recipe
Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)
・4 oz (113g) Thinly sliced pork
・2.8 oz (80g) Onion
・Salt and pepper
・2 tsp Flour
・1 tsp Oil

Direction

・8.8 oz (250g) Chicken thigh
・5 oz (140g) Thinly sliced pork
・Salt and pepper
Sauce★
・4 tbsp Grated onion

Direction
1. Remove strings and excess fat from chicken.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. Fry chicken skin side down over medium heat for 8 minutes.
3. When skin is crispy, turn over and cook for 2 minutes. Remove chicken once from pan.

・5 oz (140g) Thinly sliced pork
・Salt and pepper
・1-2 tbsp Flour
・1 Egg
・1 oz (30g) Panko (Bread crumbs)
・Oil for deep-frying
Direction
1. Slice onion into thick half rings against fibers.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on thinly sliced pork. Wrap pork around onions.
3. Coat them with flour, beaten egg, and panko.
4. Fry in oil for 4 minutes on each side.

4. Onion Tomato Salad with Chicken Recipe
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
・6.3 oz (180g) Chicken breast strips
・2 tsp Sake
・Salt and pepper
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sesame oil
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・1.4 oz (40g) Cucumber
・1 oz (30g) Lettuce
Onion tomato dressing
・6 oz (170g) Diced tomato
・1 oz (30g) Minced onion
・2 tbsp Grated onion
Seasoning for dressing★
・1 tbsp Olive oil
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Sugar
・1-2 tsp Lemon juice
・A pinch of Salt
・Black pepper
Direction
1. Grate onion, and heat it in microwave at 500W for 1 minute. Let it cool.
2. Remove tendon from chicken breast. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Put sake. Cook chicken in microwave at 500W for 2 minutes. Turn it over once, then cook for another 1 minute. Let it cool.
3. Dice tomato, mince onion, slice cucumber, and cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Mix tomato, grated onion, minced onion, and seasonings for dressing [★].
