11 oz (320g) pork belly
0.25 cup (60ml) of sake
0.25 cup (60ml) of soy sauce
0.25 cup (60ml) of mirin

2 oz (60g) green onion*
0.8 cup (200ml) of water

Directions
If you have boiled eggs, please put them in it. Turn over the pork here, so the other side of pork can absorb the sauce well.
After putting eggs, don’t forget to turn on the “keep warm” button.
Leave it for 2 hours in “keep warm” whether you put eggs or not. (Turn over the eggs in the middle.)
Slice the pork, and pour a little bit of remaining sauce on the sliced chashu before eating.
