Daikon Cake (Radish Cake) Recipe
Daikon cake is kind of pan cake that is made out of grated daikon, flour, and potato starch.
You can actually mix any other ingredient together such as green onion, cheese, dried shrimp etc.
My most favorite part of daikon cake is that it’s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
I think you will like this interesting texture.
Today’s recipe for daikon cake actually become successful by using miso paste!
I think any kind of miso paste can be fit for this dish.
Since the seasonings for the recipe is not a lot, bacon and cheese are also doing great job to create tasty flavor.
You can change the ingredient or add more to your liking!
