Ingredients (for 2-3 servings)

・7.4 oz (210g) Chicken

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・4.2 oz (120g) / 4 Leftover fried chicken
・1.4 oz (40g) Onion
・1 tbsp Sake
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Sugar
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1/3 tsp Dashi granules (Hondashi)
・3.5 tbsp Water

・2 Eggs

Topping
・White radish sprouts / Mitsuba / Green onion

Direction

1. Slice fried chicken into bite-sized. Slice onion as well.

2. Put onion, water, sake, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and dashi granules in pan.

3. Simmer for 2 minutes without lid.

4. Add fried chicken and simmer for 1 minute.

5. Add beaten egg (it’s better to put the egg whites in first and later add egg yolk part). Cook until eggs are the desired consistency.*
