      There are many ways to say “I don’t feel motivated/I have no motivation” in Japanese.
      Here are some examples!

      ========================
      ・やる気が出ない (Yaruki ga denai)
      ・気が進まない (Ki ga susumanai)
      ・気分が乗らない (Kibun ga noranai)
      ========================

      ■やる気が出ない
      やる気 (Yaruki)→ motivation
      出ない (Denai)→ does not appear

      ■気が進まない
      気 (Ki)→ mood
      進まない (Susumanai)→ not proceed

      ■気分が乗らない
      気分 (Kibun)→ feeling
      乗らない (Noranai)→ not ride
