The pain in my arm won’t go away.

      →腕の痛みが消えない。
      うでのいたみがきえない。
      Ude no Itami ga Kienai.

      Ude … arm
      Itami … pain
      Kienai … won’t go away

Kienai is a Negative word for the verb “Kieru (to go out/to disappear)”.
