What’s the appropriate term in the following situation in Japanese?
・Will you forward me the email?
・Please forward the mail to me.

Both of the phrases can be expressed like the following.

      メールを私に転送してください。
      めーるをわたしにてんそうしてください。
Me-ru wo Watashi ni Tenso shite Kudasai.

      the email → メール (Me-ru)
to me → 私に (Watashi ni)
      forward → 転送する (Tenso suru)
      Please → ください (Kudasai)

“Verb + kudasai” such as “転送してください Tenso shite Kudasai” is used when you request or instruct someone to do something.
And when you use this expression, you have to use the [-TE FORM] such as “転送して Tenso shite”.
In other words, you have to change the Verb “転送する Tenso suru” to “転送して Tenso shite”.
