FRIED RICE WITH MISO-FLAVORED GROUND MEAT RECIPE

Ingredients
12 oz steamed rice
4 oz ground pork (chicken and beef is OK too)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon (sesame) oil
β²1 oz green onion, Minced
β²1-2 clove(s) of garlic, Minced
β²2 tablespoons minced ginger
β1 tablespoon sake (or white wine)
β1 tablespoon sugar
β2 teaspoons miso paste
β1 teaspoon soy sauce
β1/2 teaspoon chicken stock granule (cube)
β1/3 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions
Sprinkle extra green onion and black pepper to your liking.
