Tuna mayo
・2.5 oz (70g) Canned tuna
・2 tsp Mayonnaise◆
・1 tsp Soy sauce◆
・1/2 tsp Sugar◆

・Rolled egg

・Crab sticks (Imitation crab meat)
・Shiso leaves
・Salmon sashimi

Japanese style clear soup with Chicken meat balls (2 servings)
・4.6 oz (130g) Ground chicken
・1 oz (30g) Green onion
・2 tbsp Beaten egg△
・1 tsp Flour△
・1 tsp Grated ginger△
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce△
・A pinch of Salt and pepper△
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・1 tbsp Sake▲
・2 tsp Soy sauce▲
・1 tsp Dashi powder▲
・1/2 tsp Sugar▲

・Mitsuba (or Parsley)
Direction
1. [Soup] Mince green onion. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, green onion, and △. Knead well.
Boil water in a pot. Once boiling, use a spoon to make meatballs and drop them into the hot water. Remove any scum that appears.
Season the soup with ▲. Simmer until the meatballs are cooked. Add mitsuba or your favorite toppings at the end.
2. [Sushi rice] Remove 2 tablespoons of water after adding the water normally required to cook rice. Cook rice as usual.
In a mixing bowl, combine ☆. Microwave or heat in a small pot for few seconds to dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar.
Mix sushi vinegar with the cooked rice. When it reaches the temperature of human skin, it’s ready to use for sushi.
3. [Marinated tuna] In a mixing bowl, combine ★. Put tuna sashimi in there and marinate for few minutes (don’t marinate too long).
4. [Shrimp mayo] Cool the cooked shrimp completely and pat dry with paper towels. Mix it with ◇.
5. [Tuna mayo] Drain oil from canned tuna. Mix it with ◆.
6. Prepare other toppings. Cut nori into pieces for hand-rolled sushi. Place a small amount of rice on the nori and top with your favorite toppings. Please refer to the above YouTube video for rolling.
