1. Chicken and Fluffy Egg Bowl

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・Cooked rice (as much as you want)+ Shredded cabbage (optional)
・5.3 oz (150g) Chicken breast
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
・1/2 tsp Grated garlic
・2 tsp Soy sauce☆
・1 tsp Sake☆
・1 tsp Mirin☆
・1 tsp Sugar☆
・1/2 tsp Potato starch☆

Egg
・1 Egg
・1 tbsp Soy milk (or Milk)★
・1/2 tsp Honey★
・A pinch of Salt★
・1 tsp Oil

Topping
・Minced green onion

Direction

1.  Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Toss chicken with salt and pepper and garlic.

2.  Mix ☆ in a bowl in advance. Cook the chicken with a little oil. When slightly browned, turn over, reduce heat to low, cover, and steam for 2 minutes.

3.  Toss the chicken with the sauce and bring to a simmer.

4.  Add ★ to eggs and mix well to make scrambled eggs. Serve rice in a bowl, top with chicken, egg and green onion toppings, and you’re done!

2. Healthy Ginger Pork Bowl

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・Cooked rice (as much as you want) + Shredded cabbage (optional)
・5.3 oz (150g) Pork fillet
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1/2 tsp Oil
・1 tsp Grated ginger☆
・1 tbsp Sake☆
・1 tbsp Soy sauce☆
・1 tbsp Mirin☆
・1/2 tbsp Sugar☆
・1 tsp Oyster sauce☆

・1/2 tsp Potato starch
・1 tsp Water

Topping
・Minced green onion
・Red pickled ginger

Direction

1.  Thinly slice pork fillet and onion. Put pork and onion in a bowl, add ☆ and mix well.

2.  After about 10 minutes, put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the onions first.

3.  When the onions are softened to a certain degree, add the pork and sauce and cook until the pork is fully cooked.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・Cooked rice (as much as you want) + Shredded cabbage (optional)
・5 oz (140g) Ground chicken
・3.5 oz (100g) Tofu
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1/2 tsp Oil
・2 tsp Soy sauce☆
・2 tsp Mirin☆
・1 tsp Oyster sauce☆
・1 tsp Miso paste☆
・1/2 tsp Shantung (or Other stock powder)☆
・1/2 tsp Grated garlic☆
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger☆

Topping
・Minced green onion
・Egg yolk or Fried egg
・Raayu (Spicy chili oil)

Direction

1.  Wrap tofu in paper towels and place a weight on top. Stir-fry minced onion in a frying pan until slightly soft.

2.  Add ground chicken and ☆. Mix well and cook until chicken changes color.

3.  Add drained tofu, and mash the tofu with a spatula to make it fine and shred it like the meat. When the tofu becomes fine and the water has evaporated, it is ready to use.

4.  Place rice in a bowl and top with meat and tofu mixture. Finish by topping with minced green onion and egg, and if desired, a dash of raayu (chili oil).

4. Tori Chili Bowl

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・Cooked rice (as much as you want) + Shredded cabbage (optional)
・5.6 oz (160g) Chicken tenderloin
・A pinch of Salt
・1/2 tsp Oil
・1 oz (30g) Green onion
・1/2 clove of Garlic
・1 tsp Doubanjiang

・2 tbsp Ketchup☆
・2 tsp Sugar☆
・1/2 tsp Shantung (or Other stock powder)☆
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce☆
・2 tbsp Water☆

Topping
・Scrambled eggs

Direction

1.  Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and cook in a frying pan with a little oil.

2.  Remove chicken once cooked. In the same pan, add minced garlic and doubanjiang and fry until fragrant.

3.  Add minced green onions and fry until the green onions are just slightly charred. Turn off the heat once, and add ☆. Mix well and bring to a light boil.

4.  Return the chicken to the pan and toss well in the sauce.

5.  Place rice in a bowl and top with chicken. Delicious with scrambled eggs on top if desired!

5. Chicken Sukiyaki Bowl

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

・5.3 oz (150g) Chicken thigh
・A pinch of Salt
・4.2 oz (120g) Tofu
・4.2 oz (120g) Shirataki noodles (Konnyaku noodles)
・1 oz (30g) Carrot
・1 oz (30g) Green onion (or Leek)
・1 oz (30g) Green beans
・0.8 cup (200ml) Water☆
・2 tbsp Soy sauce☆
・2 tbsp Sake☆
・1.5 tbsp Sugar☆

Topping
・Red pickled ginger

Direction

1.  Cut chicken, tofu, and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Boil shirataki noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes in advance and drain.

2.  Put vegetables (except green beans), drained shirataki noodles, and ☆ and mix well. Simmer until carrot is slightly soft.

3.  Bring to a boil, add chicken and sprinkle lightly with salt. Add tofu, cover and simmer for a while.

4.  When the chicken is cooked and the carrots are tender, add the beans and cook for 2 minutes. (It is better to turn off the heat and let it stand for 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavor soak in.)

Direction

1.  Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
