1. Miso Stir-fried Udon (Yaki Udon) Bento Box Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・7.7 oz (220g) Udon noodles
・1.7 oz (50g) Sausage
・2 oz (60g) Onion
・1.7 oz (50g) Carrot
・1 oz (30g) Chinese chive
・2 tsp Sesame oil or Vegetable oil
・2 tbsp Sake or Water
Sauce★
・1 tbsp Miso paste
・1/2 – 1tbsp Sugar
・1/2 – 1tbsp Mirin
・1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
・A pinch of Salt
Topping
・Fried egg
・Red pickled ginger (Beni-shoga)
Direction
1. Thinly slice sausage and onion. Shred carrot. Chop Chinese chive.
2. Stir-fry onion and carrot with a little oil. When they get soft, add udon. Pour sake, and loosen noodles.
3. Add Chinese chive and sausage. Pour sauce [★]. Stir to combine. Taste and add a pinch of salt as needed.

2. Fried Prawn Sushi Bento Box Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
Sushi rice
・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・1.5 tsp Rice vinegar
・1 tsp Sugar
・A pinch of Salt
・1 tsp White sesame seeds
Fried prawn
・1.4 oz (40g) Prawn
・1 tsp Flour
・1 tbsp Beaten egg
・2 tbsp Panko
・Oil for deep-frying
Sushi
・Nori seaweed
・Tonkatsu sauce
・Shredded cabbage
Bok choy stir-fry
・1.4 oz (40g) Bok choy
・1 tsp Sesame oil
・1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・Salt and pepper
Topping
・Sausage
・Boiled egg
Direction
1. [Fried prawn sushi] Devein shrimp. Cut slit in belly of prawn and straighten it while pressing meat. Coat prawn with flour, beaten egg, and panko. Fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine rice, vinegar, sugar, salt, and white sesame seeds.
3. Place nori seaweed on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread rice on it and top with shredded cabbage. Then, put fried prawn. Put a little tonkatsu sauce on top as you like. Roll up nori from front to make rolled sushi. Leave sushi wrapped in plastic wrap for a few minutes. Cut sushi into bite-size pieces.
4. [Bok choy stir-fry] Chop bok choy, and stir-fry with a little oil. Season it with oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

3. Fried Onion Meatballs Bento Box Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
Mini rice balls
・5.3 oz (150g) Cooked rice
・Nori seaweed
・Salt
・Pickled plum (umeboshi)
Fried onion meatballs
・4.2 oz (120g) Ground pork or beef
・1 tsp Sake
・1 tsp Sesame oil
・A pinch of Salt
・Black pepper
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1-2 tbsp Panko
・Oil for deep-frying
Green beans seasoned with sesame sauce
・1.7 oz (50g) Green beans
・1 tsp Ground white sesame
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Sugar
Ham & egg rolled omelette
・1 Ham slice
・1 Egg
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Oil
Topping
・Shredded cabbage
・Tonkatsu sauce
・White sesame seeds
Direction
1. [Mini rice balls] Put a little salt on wet palms and make small rice balls. Roll rice balls in nori seaweed. Put pickled plum on top.
2. [Fried onion meatballs] In mixing bowl, combine ground meat, sake, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Knead well. Cut onion into small pieces. Wrap onions in meat. Coat it with panko. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. [Green beans seasoned with sesame sauce] Cut green beans into small pieces. Cook it in microwave at 500W for 1-1.5 minutes. In mixing bowl, combine green beans, ground white sesame, soy sauce, and sugar.
4. [Ham & egg rolled omelette] Add a little sugar to beaten egg. Make rolled omelette with ham in between.

4. Ground Pork Stir-fry & Kombu Rolled Omelette Bento Box Recipe
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
・7 oz (200g) Cooked rice
Ground pork stir-fry
・1.7 oz (50g) Ground pork
・1 tsp Sake
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger
・1/3 tsp Grated garlic
・1 oz (30g) Onion
・0.7 oz (20g) Carrot
・0.7 oz (20g) Cabbage
・0.7 oz (20g) Green bell pepper
・1 tsp Olive oil
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Soy sauce
・1 tsp Fish sauce
・1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
Kombu & green onion rolled omelette
・1 Egg
・2 tsp Minced green onion
・1 tsp Salted kombu
・1/2 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Oil
Lettuce & ham salad
・0.7 oz (20g) Lettuce
・2 Ham slices
・Cherry tomatoes
・1 tsp Olive oil
・1 tsp Rice vinegar
・A pinch of Sugar
・A pinch of Dashi granules (Hondashi)
・Salt and pepper
Direction
1. [Ground pork stir-fry] Thinly slice onion and bell pepper, shred carrot, cut cabbage into bite-size pieces. Stir- fry onion and carrot with a little oil. When they get soft, add cabbage. Stir-fry for a while, and make room for meat.
2. Add ground pork, and put grated ginger, garlic, and sake on pork. Stir to combine. When pork is cooked, add bell pepper, sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
3. [Kombu & green onion rolled omelette] Add a little sugar, minced green onion, and salted kombu to beaten egg. Make rolled omelette.
4. [Lettuce & ham salad] In mixing bowl, combine lettuce, shredded ham, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, rice vinegar, sugar, dashi granules, salt, and pepper.
