1. Soy Garlic Spaghetti with Tuna & Tomato Recipe

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)

・3.5 oz (100g) Spaghetti
・7 oz (200g) Tomato
・2.5 oz (70g) Canned tuna
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1 clove of Garlic
・1 tbsp Olive oil
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tbsp Sugar
・2 tsp Butter
・1/2 tsp Dashi granules (Hondashi)

To boil spaghetti
・Water
・2 tsp-1tbsp Salt

・Shiso leaves

Direction

1. Mince onion and garlic. Dice tomato. Shred shiso leaves. Boil spaghetti with plenty of water and salt.

2. Oil pan, and put garlic. When aroma of garlic comes up, add onion.

3. When onion gets soft, add tomato, soy sauce, sugar, and dashi granules. Cook for 1 minute.

4. Add tuna and butter. Stir to combine, and turn off heat.

5. Drain hot water from spaghetti, and mix it with tuna and tomato sauce. Dish up spaghetti and put shredded shiso leaves.

Ready to eat!

2. Creamy Miso Spaghetti with Bacon & Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)

・3.5 oz (100g) Spaghetti
・3.2 oz (90g) Asparagus
・1.7 oz (50g) Onion
・1.7 oz (50g) Bacon
・1 clove of Garlic
・0.4 cup (100ml) Heavy cream
・0.4 cup (100ml) Milk
・1 tbsp Miso paste
・2 tsp Butter
・1 tsp Sugar
・1 tsp Stock powder
・Salt and pepper

To boil spaghetti
・Water
・2 tsp-1tbsp Salt

Topping
・Parmesan cheese
・Black pepper

Direction

1. Slice onion and bacon. Chop asparagus, and mince garlic. Boil spaghetti with plenty of water and salt.

2. Put butter and garlic in small pot. Add onion, and stir-fry until it gets soft.

3. Add asparagus, and sprinkle salt and pepper. Stir-fry for a while.

4. Add bacon, heavy cream, milk, stock powder, and sugar. Simmer for a while.

5. When it starts to boil a little, add miso paste. Dissolve miso paste, and turn off heat.

6. Drain hot water from spaghetti, and mix it with creamy sauce. Dish up spaghetti, sprinkle parmesan cheese and black pepper.

Ingredients (for 1-2 servings)

・3.5 oz (100g) Spaghetti
・3.2 oz (90g) Spinach
・2.8 oz (80g) Sausage
・1 oz (30g) Corn
・1 clove of Garlic
・1 tbsp Olive oil
・1 tbsp Sake
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・2 tsp Butter
・1/2 tsp Dashi granules (Hondashi)

To boil spaghetti
・Water
・2 tsp-1tbsp Salt

Direction

1. Chop spinach, slice sausage, and mince garlic. Boil spaghetti with plenty of water and salt.

2. Oil pan, and put garlic. When aroma of garlic comes up, add sausage and spinach. Stir-fry for a while.

3. When they are cooked, add sake, soy sauce, dashi granules, butter, and corn. Stir to combine.

4. Drain hot water from spaghetti, and mix it with sauce.
