1. Garlic Teriyaki Chicken & Egg Sandwich

・2.8 oz (80g) Edamame beans
・1.4 oz (40g) Corn
・2.5 tbsp Potato starch☆
・1 tsp Chicken stock powder☆

・3.5 oz (100g) Asparagus
・2 oz (60g) Shrimp
・1 oz (30g) Boiled chicken breast (optional)
・2 tsp Sake☆
・2 tsp Butter☆
・1/2 tsp Grated garlic☆

Direction
