Hamburger steak
・2.5 oz (70g) Onion
・2 tsp Oil

・4.6 oz (130g) Ground chicken
・4.2 oz (120g) Ground beef (or pork)
・4-5 tbsp Panko☆
・1.5 tbsp Milk☆
・1.5 tbsp Beaten egg☆
・2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
・A pinch of Garlic powder
・A pinch of Salt

・1-2 tsp Sake (or White wine or Water)

Steak sauce
・0.5 oz (15g) Onion
・0.5 oz (15g) Carrot
・1 tsp Oil
・3 tbsp Soy sauce★
・2 tbsp Sugar★
・1 tbsp Sake★
・2 tsp Mirin★
・1.5 tsp Rice vinegar★
・1 tbsp White sesame seeds★
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger★
・1/3 tsp Grated garlic★
・5.3 oz (150g) Daikon
・1-2 tbsp Shredded shiso leaves

Takikomi-gohan (Rice cooked with deep-fried tofu and ginger)
・5.3 oz (150g) Raw rice
・1 sheet of Thin deep-fried tofu
・0.5 oz (15g) Ginger
・1 tbsp Shredded salted kombu (Shio-kombu)
・1 tbsp Soy sauce◇
・1/2 tbsp Sake◇
・1/2 tbsp Mirin◇

Miso potato
・4.6 oz (130g) Potato
・1 tbsp Oil
・1 tbsp Miso paste◆
・1 tbsp Mirin◆
・A pinch of Dashi powder◆
・2 tsp Honey (optional)◆

Curry flavor egg soup
・1.7 cups (400ml) Water
・1 oz (30g) Onion
・1 Egg
・1 tsp Curry powder (S&B)△
・1 tsp Soy sauce△
・1 tsp Sugar△
・A pinch of Dashi powder△
・1 tbsp Miso paste

Direction

1.  [Hamburger steak] Mince onion, mix it with oil, and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes @500W. (Stir-fry with oil if you want.) Allow to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, combine cooled onion with ☆. In a big mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with beef. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt to the meat. Add the onion to the meat bowl and knead well until sticky.

Form into desired size and cook in pan. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, turning over when browned. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Add a little sake or white wine before putting the lid on. After turning off the heat, leave it in place until it is time to serve.

2.  [Steak sauce] Mince onion and carrot. Stir-fry them with oil until soft. Turn off the heat once, and add ★. Bring to a boil for 30 seconds, stir well and turn off the heat.

Make grated daikon radish and chop shiso.

When serving, mix drained grated daikon and shiso with sauce.

3.  [Takikomi-gohan] Wash rice and add water as usual. Remove 2 tablespoons from the amount of water normally used for cooking. Add ◇ and stir well. Cut fried tofu into small pieces and add to the rice cooker. Cook the rice in rice cooker as usual.

When cooked, add salted kombu and shredded ginger.

4.  [Miso potato] Cut potato into small pieces. Stir-fry with oil until potatoes are cooked. Season it with ◆.

5.  [Curry flavor egg soup] Slice onion, and simmer them with water in a pot. Season it with △. Bring to a boil, and add beaten egg. Mix well and let the eggs cook. When egg is cooked, turn off the heat. Dissolve miso paste, and it’s done.
