Hanpen (a cake of ground fish combined with starch and steamed) is one of my favorite material to add our dinner menu especially when it’s busy night.
It’s because hanpen is very tasty even though the cooking method is simple: just baking it with butter and soy sauce.
I love time-saving cooking…! But maybe I should make different style of hanpen menu sometimes for my family haha.
Today’s recipe is still simple and easy, but the sauce is new style for baked hanpen!
I hope you will love this super delicious combination of sweet miso and green onion.
Hanpen with savory butter goes extremely well with miso too!
